The new street legal Onward 4 Forward LSV delivers premium comfort and a smooth, quiet ride with SportDrive™ suspension and two rows of spacious forward-facing seating. Inside, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect through an overhead entertainment system, complemented by multiple charging options and smart rear cargo storage — all designed for easy neighborhood driving and backed by industry-leading warranty coverage.
Onward 4 Forward LSV delivers an estimated range up to 30 miles with a fully-charged 4.0 kWh lithium-ion battery
The Onward LSV is built with safety at the forefront, meeting not only the U.S. Federal Safety Standard FMVSS 500, but also the more rigorous automotive SAE J2358 Standard. The car features 3-point seatbelts in both rows for secure, full-body restraint. Its reinforced frame enhances rollover protection, while the rear back-up camera improves visibility when reversing. Side mirrors with turn signals improve visibility and communication for street-legal driving. Additionally, the vehicle includes an AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System) to help pedestrians hear the LSV when it’s on the road.
FMVSS 500 requires all LSVs to have a registered VIN number, automotive safety windshield glass, safety belts, turn signals, headlamps, brake lights, horn, mirrors, reflex reflectors, a parking brake and a rear view camera. They also must meet state and local laws which can include windshield wipers and warning beacons.
